Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Please contact us at anytime you are unsatisfied with a product.
Return must be within 30 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required. Please inquire if you have any questions
Some items cannot be returned include but are not limited to:
· Items with expiration dates such as flares, fire extinguisher
· Customized items such as requiring cut to lengths
· All electrical products
· Clearance items
Please note, you are responsible for any and all return shipping costs. Only approved returns will qualify for free shipping which may require further testing for approval. We strongly recommend you use a traceable shipping service and/or purchase shipping insurance as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns, and we cannot guarantee receipt without a delivery signature.
Some returns may be subject to a 15% restocking for items that returned without approval
All returns must have the original packaging and the product must be in new and re-sellable condition
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed (shipping costs to be determined), and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
Warranty Returns & Exchanges
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. If a product has failed or is not working as specified within the manufacturer’s specified warranty period please contact us. The purchaser or user must provide proof of date of purchase in the form of a receipt. Once the purchase has been confirmed, the product must be sent to our warranty department to be tested. After the product failure and date of purchase has been confirmed, we will issue a full refund, store credit, or an exchange with a new product.
